Phazora – Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to Phazora. By creating an account or purchasing an account from our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accounts and Purchases:
2. • All accounts purchased include a 30-minute warranty starting from the time of delivery. Warranty is strictly for issues such as invalids or seller malfunctions, not client end mistakes such as but are not limited to: purchasing wrong product/variant, not reading descriptions, etc...
   • Once you've logged in, warranty is no longer valid as your account worked.
   • If the account is not working or has any flaw of sort at the time of delivery, you must report the issue within 30 minutes to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
   • After the 30-minute warranty period, no refunds or replacements will be issued for any reason.
   • We are not responsible for any issues caused after warranty period, including but not limited to: password changes, bans, locks, recovery attempts, or user errors.
   • All replacements will be issued as another account of the same product or store credit; no payment refunds will be given.

   • You are fully responsible for your account and any actions taken using it.
   • Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or attempts to abuse the service may result in account suspension, loss of access, and legal action.
