Phazora – Terms of Service (TOS)
Welcome to Phazora. By creating an account or purchasing an account from our website, you agree to the following terms:
- Accounts and Purchases:
- All accounts purchased include a 30-minute warranty starting from the time of delivery. Warranty is strictly for issues such as invalids or seller malfunctions, not client end mistakes such as but are not limited to: purchasing wrong product/variant, not reading descriptions, etc...
- Once you've logged in, warranty is no longer valid as your account worked.
- If the account is not working or has any flaw of sort at the time of delivery, you must report the issue within 30 minutes to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
- After the 30-minute warranty period, no refunds or replacements will be issued for any reason.
- We are not responsible for any issues caused after warranty period, including but not limited to: password changes, bans, locks, recovery attempts, or user errors.
- All replacements will be issued as another account of the same product or store credit; no payment refunds will be given.
- Account Responsibility and Authorization:
- By purchasing or using an account from Phazora, you confirm that you are authorized to use the account and all information provided is accurate.
- You are fully responsible for your account and any actions taken using it.
- Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or attempts to abuse the service may result in account suspension, loss of access, and legal action.
- Acceptable Use:
- You may not use Phazora accounts or services for illegal activities, spam, or any activity that violates laws or third-party terms.
- Agreement:
- By creating an account or purchasing from Phazora, you agree to abide by this Terms of Service and store policy.
